In our latest interview, we speak with Stefanie Britsch, site manager of RADIOLOGIE MÜNCHEN OST, about the successful journey towards digitalization. The goal was to modernize internal processes, reduce the workload for practice staff, and at the same time improve service for patients and referring physicians.
Together with us, the practice was fully converted to digital processes – including the patient and referring physician portal, as well as the easy2Wallet. Instead of burned CDs, patients now receive permanent QR codes that allow them to access their examinations anytime and from anywhere.
